School Attendance Zone

The attendance zone for Heritage Elementary School was adopted at the June 21, 2023 Council of Commissioners meeting.

Heritage Elementary services students living in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Saint-Calixte, Saint-Esprit, Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, Saint-Roch-Ouest, Sainte-Julienne, Sainte-Sophie, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, and La Plaine.

Heritage Elementary School is an English elementary school in the Sir Wilfrid School Board.  Heritage Elementary School is located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, in the Lanaudière region.

Heritage will be inaugurated in 2024. The building is situated on 9th Avenue. Our schoolyard features a synthetic soccer field, a basketball court, playground equipment, a paved area with schoolyard games painted on the asphalt, and a picnic table area.

Internal Environment

Heritage Elementary School has a student body of approximately 268 students from pre-kindergarten to Grade 6.

The school is made up of approximately 40 staff members. Heritage Elementary has 16 classrooms, an art room, a music room, a library, 2 sensory rooms, a double gymnasium, and a multipurpose room/cafeteria.

Parent Participation

Governing Board and P.P.O.

The Heritage Governing Board and P.P.O. will meet once a month during the school year. These are open meetings.  Our volunteers and committees provide support to our students and are instrumental in achieving our educational goals.

After School Programs and Daycare

Heritage offers a daycare service from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A monthly Calendar of events will be provided to parents with special events organized throughout the year.
